It looks like you are ready to book a Wine Tour, but you still have a couple of questions. Check the list below to find answers to the most common questions. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us
For your convenience, we have three pickup sites located around the North Metro area. We all know how traffic can be in Atlanta, so adherence to the specified pickup times is crucial. If these locations do not work for you, please contact us to see what arrangements can be made to accommodate you. They are as follows:
- The back of the LA Fitness parking lot on Sandy Plains Rd and East Piedmont Road. Park in the back near the ATM (closest to East Piedmont). The pickup will be 9:45AM-9:55AM
- The Sandy Springs MARTA station. There is a 24-hour parking deck there. It is easily accessible for those that are coming from inside the perimeter. Pickup times for this location are 10:25 AM-10:35AM
- The Mansell Rd Park and Ride lot. Pickup times for this location will be 10:50AM-11:00AM
Yes. It is encouraged that if you taste something and you enjoy it, buy it at that time. The wineries appreciate it, and trust me, you probably won’t remember what wine it was if you wait until after the tour. There is storage in the shuttle for anything that you purchase
In the case of inclement weather, that results in hazardous road conditions, we will not operate the tour that day. You will receive a raincheck to use for up to one year from the date of the initial/cancelled tour. We would rather go through this than jeopardize up to 12 souls that we are responsible for.
There are no refunds, as it is a limited space event, and it is more difficult to fill a space on a tour on short notice.
The wineries are preselected, based off what they offer, location, and other factors. If you would like to visit specific wineries, we suggest booking a Custom Tour (Minimum of six people), or our Elite Private Tour. Prices may vary on these tours as different unique experiences may cost more than others. Outside of our network of winery partners, prices can vary greatly from winery to winery.
To create a relaxing atmosphere for every guest, we schedule three winery visits. Each winery will have an experience that is not available to the general public, and we don’t want you to feel rushed. If you’d like to visit more than three, we suggest a custom or our elite private tour.
No, you do not. While we provide a wide variety of complimentary snacks while you are on the shuttle, as well as bottled water for your enjoyment and re-hydration, we will also purchase food for you at one of the wineries on the tour. We want you to focus on relaxing and enjoying your tour, however if you have severe food allergies, please let us know in advance.
It varies from winery to winery, but between four and six per winery.
Please notify your driver so that they can address the issue as soon as possible. We want you to feel safe and enjoy your tour without a care in the world.
Yes, space is limited, so advance purchase is required. However, we are more than happy to accommodate any last minute friends, family members, or coworkers that may be joining the group, providing that we have the space. We can take payment on the shuttle.
We accept all major credit cards.
Each regular tour is 8-10 hours, and can vary due to a number of factors.
It is not, but it is encouraged. Please tip your driver, and if you feel like the person taking care of you at the winery is doing a great job, please tip them as well.
Your tasting fees are included in the price of the tour. If there is an option to upgrade your tasting from a standard tasting, that would be an additional cost at the winery itself.
Yes. These would require our Elite Private Tour and can be customized based off your groups needs or budget. We are more than happy to work with you to make your tour as memorable as you desire.
Your shuttle service, entertainment on the shuttle, tour guide, snacks, water, and tasting fees are included. Gratuity for the driver and the staff at the winery is not included.
You must be 21 years of age and have a valid ID with you as some wineries do ask for ID.
Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed on the shuttle.
Our shuttle was built for desert conditions, we have an extra AC unit for hot days and an extra heater for colder days. While the shuttle is climate controlled, we cannot control Mother Nature. Please dress according to Mother Nature's mood.

The drive is one and a half to two hours long. We will provide snacks, and wine related entertainment to make the ride as enjoyable as possible. If you need us to stop for any reason, please let us know so that we may accomodate your needs.
Walks will be as short as safely possible at the wineries. We may be doing tastings outdoors at some wineries, so we encourage dressing accordingly. If you are a person who is typically cold, please bring a jacket or a sweater. The weather in North Georgia is typically cooler than the Atlanta area.
